Robert Duncan has extensive experience with private and public companies in corporate architecture, finance, human resources and law, ranging from entity selection and formation, funding strategies, leverage buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, corporate governance, cash and equity compensation plans, business valuations, due diligence, human resources, to taxation planning, compliance and representation. He is currently advising senior executives, board members and successful business owners throughout the United States and abroad. Other services include wealth preservation through buy-sell agreements and estate planning.

Mr. Duncan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in December 1984 from Brigham Young University, earned a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of International Management with Distinction from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in December 1985. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in May 1989 from the Pepperdine University School of Law. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and Texas.

Mr. Duncan has co-founded and taken companies public where he served as CFO/General Counsel, including a public company with a market cap of $1.4 billion. He has served as CEO or CFO/General Counsel of several privately held companies. He has served on the boards of public, private, ESOP and non-profit companies.
