Prior to starting his own business as a financial advisor, Mr. Mottini spent eight successful years at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, working his way up to an Associate Vice President with that firm. In 2000, he joined Tim Smith in private practice. Together, they were able to offer a much broader range of services, with special experience in advanced financial and estate planning.

He graduated from Arizona State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Professional designations include:
